Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads (printables, ebooks, journals, etc.) are instant downloads received after checkout and via email links. As these are not physical products, they may not be returned for a refund.

Apparel

Please inspect your apparel upon receipt for any defects, damages, or misprints and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Clothing/apparel may only be returned if it is defective/misprinted upon receipt within 14 days of receiving. 

Please contact us at Andrea@embracingthewind.com for a replacement. We will require a photo of the defect/misprint sent via email.

Sorry, but we do not offer returns if:

• You changed your mind and just don't want it
• You ordered the wrong size or color
• The item is on sale (unless defective upon receipt) 

Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions to ensure you select the correct item.
